We have done hundreds of these for the U.S. post office and other production rebuilders. This pump is sleeved and cut back to standard. The pump will look just as good in your hands.

Not very high tech, but we sell a lot of them. We sent a sample to a customer; he asked where we had them cast. I was happy to tell him they were just machined.

By holding factory tolerances we are able to maintain factory volume and pressure to give you what you need to keep your unit on the road.

We machine only genuine GM pumps. We are competitive with the imports and there are no issues with pump whine or leaking associated with the imports.

We modify all BA pumps to high volume AA design. We rebuild the AA pumps back to standard, or build them to accept the new Sonnax high volume gears. We did the first prototypes of this gear for Sonnax.

At last an affordable alternative to Toyota Factory parts. This part looks and specs out identical to brand new.

Mirror finish, less likely to score, tolerance .001 - .003, no machine tool marks.

Stanza can be converted to Maxima; the splines are replaced as needed.

I was surprised to discover that the factory here is not centered to the drum. This explains why so many turn up bad during overhaul.
